Letting your guests know what they can look forward to with a timeline providing information about the time and place of significant events such as the exchanging of vows, cocktail hour, the first dance, dinner, cake cutting and send off.  Giving your guests an idea of the timeframe will ensure they don’t miss a thing. 

Letting your guests know if you plan on having an unplugged ceremony will also require signage and give your guests the cue to turn off their cameras and phones and leave it to the professionals.  If you want your friends and family to be fully present in the moment, an Unplugged Ceremony Sign will give them a heads up. Furthermore, if you are asking the first few rows be reserved for your wedding party or very special guests, you can hang Reserved Signage so that guests will be aware of where they should seat themselves, minimizing confusion right before the ceremony begins.
