What do fairy tales, a Moscow Mule bar, and Miami flair have in common?  They are all things that come to mind when we think back to Gelmi and Dave’s wedding at Keswick Vineyards.  This amazing couple said “I do”  surrounded by family and friends with a stunning vineyard backdrop that couldn’t have been more perfect.  The romantic scene was set as the bride walked down the aisle to the tunes of a string quartet in a timeless Spanish lace gown and cathedral veil. And then the party started….

Gelmi and David sprinkled a few of their favorite things in every stage of their celebration.  At cocktail hour, guests were treated to the groom’s favorite IPA and the brides go-to libation…Moscow Mules!  Fast forward to the reception in the outdoor tent, surrounded by sunset on the vineyard.  While this wedding paid tribune to the natural beauty of its surroundings with it’s neutral color palette and lush greenery interwoven throughout the guest tables, it also stayed true to the laid back, lounge atmosphere that was a nod to the brides Miami roots.  The amazing outdoor lounge areas created an intimate feel in the middle of the party.  Those areas weren’t full for long as guests didn’t want to leave the dance floor!

Nothing says happily ever after better than a dessert station with offerings to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.  This was by far our favorite creation of the evening.  The sight of this not only made our mouths water, but was a Pinterest post waiting to happen!  We were so sad that planning with this couple was over, but watching their magical sparkler send off followed by their getaway car whisking them away with the illuminated fountain in the background made the farewell far worth it.  Congrats Gelmi and Dave!!!
