Day-of Coordination

This package was designed to provide peace of mind to the couple that has planned their wedding from start to finish, but wants to relax on the day of their wedding. We will meet with you to gain an understanding of your vision of the day so that every detail that you have planned is executed flawlessly. We will step on the scene 30 days before your wedding to ease your last minute concerns and make sure that every detail is tended to. Hand us the reigns and we’ll make sure that everything goes as planned without you having to lift a finger. This package includes:

  • A wedding consultation meeting 30 days before your wedding date to discuss the details of the      wedding
  • Unlimited phone and e-mail communication throughout your entire wedding month 
  • Confirmation and coordination of all vendors
  • Anyvent will act as the point of contact on the day of your wedding
  • Final walk through of venue to be conducted the month prior to your wedding day
  • Creation and distribution of wedding day timeline
  • Arrangement of all decorations and design elements for the ceremony and reception spaces
  • Collection of all personal items including gifts and decorative items to be given to assigned party at the conclusion of the event
  • Coordination of Rehearsal

Partial Planning Package

This package works best for brides who have a clear vision of what they want for their big day, but need some guidance on how to get there. We will help with the details to make sure that your dream comes true. We get involved 6 months prior to your wedding and will:

  • Assist with development and execution of event design
  • Manage all vendor contracts to ensure that every detail is covered
  • With the Partial-Planning Package you will receive all Month-Of coordination benefits which include:
  • Walk through of event venue 2 weeks prior to your event
  • Vendor confirmation at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding day
  • Cross check of vendor orders to ensure that proper items are delivered the day of your event
  • Vendor and timeline management for the entirety of your event
  • Anyvent will act as the point of contact for vendors and guests for your entire event
  • Distribution of all final vendor payments and tips upon the conclusion of the event
  • We will ensure that all gifts and personal items are returned to designated person/location at the end of the evening
  • We will handle all critical matters that may arise so that you can enjoy a worry wedding day
  • Set up/breakdown management
  • Set up of all personal reception items and decor including escort cards/display, guest book, favors, etc.
  • Coordination of wedding ceremony rehearsal
  • 2 in-person meetings to be used at your discretion

Full Planning Package

This package is ideal for couples who are planning their dream destination wedding from afar, or have too much on their plate to focus on the details of the day, both large and small. Anyvent gets involved as soon as you are ready to begin planning!

This comprehensive package includes:

  • Assistance with venue selection
  • Access to our Preferred Vendor List
  • Assistance with vendor selection and negotiate all contracts to ensure that you are receiving the best services at the best rates.
  • Assistance with development and management of your Bridal Budget
  • Development and execution of wedding design
 

We will assist with the selection of the following vendors:

  • Photographer
  • Videographer
  • Caterer
  • Florist
  • Wedding Boutique
  • Bakery
  • DJ
  • All other vendors as applicable


We will act as liaison between you and all vendors throughout the entire planning process so that all your plans are centralized. You can get all of your information and details for all vendors through your Planner!

With the Full-Planning Package you will receive all of our Day-Of coordination benefits which include:
